The hotel had some positives like friendly service and a central location suitable for meeting family in Prestwick, but the rooms were uncomfortably warm even with windows open. The dining experience was below expectations with a disappointing continental offering. Secure parking for motorbikes was appreciated.
My stay at the hotel was just lovely! The rooms were clean and spacious, although facing the road. The restaurant was nicely decorated and the service was impeccable.
